Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns for refunds once the payment has been processed. However, we do facilitate exchanges under certain conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only possible in two specific cases:

  1. If the wallpaper received is damaged upon delivery.
  2. In the event of an incorrect wallpaper size being provided.

Valid Reasons for Exchange

Wallpaper exchange will only be considered with a valid reason or cause as outlined above. Exchanges without proper grounds will not be entertained.

Non-Eligibility for Exchange

Disliking the design after installation does not qualify as a genuine reason for exchange or replacement.

 

Notification of Faults

Customers are required to inform our customer service representative immediately if any faults or damages are identified during the installation process. We cannot be held liable for damages or faults reported after the wallpaper has been installed.
